Job DescriptionOur client is looking for Project Engineers of all levels.
They offer a complete range of project delivery methods including general contracting, design/build and construction management.
Based out of Ohio for more than 60 years, they are the region's largest direct employer of skilled construction craftspeople.
Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the company.
Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects.
Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates.
Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESAssist project managers and estimators with the following:
o Strict adherence to our client's safety practices and procedureso Project planning and implementation of activitieso Procurement of labor, materials, and equipmento Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processeso Meeting minutes development and updateso Subcontractor coordinationo Estimatingo Contracts administrationo Cost controlo Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendentso Sales/customer satisfactionSKILLSo Strong computer and smart-phone skills with proficiency in Microsoft Officeo Ability to react quickly to requests of customers and superintendentso Ability to prioritize and handle multiple taskso Quantity takeoff for estimatingo Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specificationso Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essentialEDUCATION/EXPERIENCEo A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Managemento Experience in the construction industry preferredAbout the Company:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
