Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Payroll Administrator to work in the Toledo, OH area.

Job Description:
o Be proficient in all tasks necessary to process weekly payroll accurately and timely as well as meet all governmental and union reporting deadlines.
JOB
Responsibilities:
o Complete daily and weekly time and verify data for accuracyo Process weekly payroll including reviewing the payroll register, printing checks, and updating the accounting recordso Process layoff checks as neededo Set up new hires and new unions in accounting softwareo Assist with required reporting to various unions and taxing entitieso Balance payroll and union reports to the general ledgero Complete federal, state and local tax reports and send in paymentso Help prepare governmental payroll reports o Respond to associate inquiries related to payrollSKILLS:
o Good communication skillso Ability to work with a wide range of personnel, both internal and externalo Working knowledge of accounting principles and general ledger set up in payroll recordso Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to work independently in a fast paced environmento Must have strong computer skills with 10 keyo Must have good time management skillsEDUCATION/
Experience:
