As a HR ASST (MILITARY), GS-0203-7, you will perform the following duties:
1. May coordinate with the Human Resources Office for actions affecting military leave, the reassignment of full-time personnel, etc. 2. Plans, organizes, and administers the military personnel program for the organization. Assists in the preparation for and executes command level inspections in the area of personnel and administration. 3. Performs other duties as assigned. Experience:
Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the candidate's ability to perform the duties of the position. Experience using computer and automation systems. SPECIALIZED
Experience:
Must have at least 12 months experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or laws. Experience that provided a working knowledge of administrative functions. Experience performing personnel transactions. Experience working independently and setting priorities with very little supervisory control.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
